Our client in Plano, TX is seeking a Material Coordinator to join their team. As a Material Coordinator, you will be part of the Materials Control Department supporting warehouse and production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $24.00 – $32.00/hour

Schedule: M-F Day Shift

Onsite | Full-time | Extended hours and weekends as business needs require

What’s the Job?

• Perform cycle counting (weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, and annual) of warehouse and non-inventory items.

• Locate and reconcile materials in the warehouse to ensure accuracy of stock levels.

• Release materials to production lines, ensuring timely availability.

• Create and manage work orders, reconcile cycle counts, and maintain ERP data integrity.

• Support inventory control, sales ops, production, and planning teams with material movement and reporting.

• Assist with SKU creation and item master management as needed.

• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company guidelines for inventory management and security.

What’s Needed?

• At least one year of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stockroom operations.

• Proven cycle counting experience in a warehouse environment.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficiency with Excel (basic spreadsheet management) and ERP systems (preferred).

• Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot inefficiencies.

• Strong work history demonstrating reliability and thoroughness.

• Knowledge of computer hardware products (servers, etc.) strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
