• Shipping and Receiving Clerk

    Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join their team. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting inventory management and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Shipping and Receiving Clerk

    **Location:** Edgewood, MD

    **Pay Range:** $20.00 p/h

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Assist with inventory management on inbound shipments

    + Audit inbound processes to ensure physical count accuracy

    + Communicate with logistics vendors to ensure timely deliveries and shipments

    + Perform general clerical office work as directed

    + Use a CRT and/or computer to enter data and produce reports relevant to warehouse operation

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or GED

    + At least 3 years of previous office/clerical experience

    + Knowledge of distribution, warehousing, or logistics systems

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

    + Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and wear steel-toed shoes
