    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Welder Associate to join their team. As a Welder Associate, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the fabrication and assembly of metal structures and equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a strong commitment to safety, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Welder Associate

    **Location:** Rosedale, MD

     

    Pay Range: $22.00 per hour

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding process specifications.

    + Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments accurately.

    + Inspect welds for accuracy and quality using appropriate tools and techniques.

    + Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency.

    + Collaborate with engineers and team members to meet project specifications and deadlines.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in welding preferred.

    + Proven experience as a welder in a manufacturing or construction environment.

    + Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and/or Stick welding techniques.

    + Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings accurately.

    + Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in various positions.
