    Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Welder to join their team. As a Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Welder - Hannibal MO

    **Pay Range:** $21.58 - $24.08 per hour

    **Shift:** 1st shift, 2nd shift

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metal components

    + Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with specifications

    + Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently

    + Maintain a clean and organized work area

    + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + Experience in MIG and TIG welding techniques

    + Ability to work on first or second shift

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes

    + Strong attention to safety protocols

    + No minimum experience required
