Our client is seeking a UI/UX Specialist to join their team. As a UI/UX Specialist, you will be part of the Digital Product and Experience Design department supporting Agile Product Teams. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating engaging user experiences, strong collaboration skills, and a growth mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** UI/UX Specialist

Pay Rate: $59.00/hr

**Shift:** Other (08:00:AM - 05:00:PM)

What's the Job?

+ Support Agile Product Teams by delivering UI and UX design solutions for digital products

+ Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and prototypes to visualize design concepts

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and refine designs ensuring alignment with user needs

+ Develop high-fidelity visual designs and interactive prototypes for testing and validation

+ Assist in handoff of designs to development teams, ensuring quality and consistency of final products

What's Needed?

+ 1-3 years of experience in UX/UI Design

+ Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch (Figma preferred)

+ Experience supporting Agile teams with UX deliverables like wireframes, user flows, and journey maps

+ Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design patterns

+ Ability to interpret user data and feedback to inform design decisions
