    Job Description

    Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort is seeking a friendly, attentive, and professionalRestaurant Serverto join our Food & Beverage team. As a Server, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing prompt, courteous service and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well cared for. This position requires a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Greet guests warmly and provide a high level of hospitality throughout their dining experience

    + Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and offer recommendations as needed

    + Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner while maintaining professional presentation standards

    + Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any needs or concerns promptly

    + Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and side work

    + Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service

    + Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures

    + Process payments accurately using the POS system

    + Support teammates and assist in other areas of the restaurant as needed

    + Uphold Omni Hotels & Resorts’ high service standards and brand values

    Qualifications

    + Prior serving or hospitality experience preferred (luxury or resort experience is a plus)

    + Must be 18 years of age or older (21+ if serving alcohol, depending on state law)

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

    + Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

    + Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

    + Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required

    + Knowledge of food, wine, and spirits is a plus
