    Project Architect

     

    Arquitectonica is an award-winning, design-focused architecture and planning firm with a worldwide practice of 400+ employees located in eleven offices.  Our West Palm Beach office is seeking Architects with 5-8 years’ experience to join our team. Projects include Luxury Residential, Office, Hospitality, and Mixed Use/Retail .

     

    As a Project Architect at Arquitectonica, you will work on a variety of projects and be involved in the design, documentation and construction of our projects.  You will collaborate with a multi-disciplined team and have the opportunity to join our company for a career that promises to be both challenging and rewarding .

     

    Roles and Responsibilities

     

    + Understand both architectural design and documentation processes

    + Develop, prepare and coordinate presentation and documentation materials

    + Develop and produce construction documents and detail sketches

    + Generate and execute red-lined revisions

    + Collaborate and coordinate with project consultants

    + Analyze and prepare program, space planning and area calculations

    + Work independently and with your team to meet project budgetary and schedule constraints

    + Construction Administration experience and capabilities preferred but not required

    Minimum Requirements

    + Professional accredited degree in Architecture

    + 6+ years’ continuous professional working experience

    + Proficiency in Revit is required

    + Experience in all phases and aspects of a project

    + Experience in detailing and construction documentation

    + Experience with multifamily and mixed-use projects; office experience is a plus

    + Effective verbal and written communication skills

    + Problem solving skills, attention to detail, motivation to learn

    + Collaborative and professional work ethic

    + Licensure or ARE progress

    Compensation

     

    Compensation will be based on the candidate’s experience and abilities.

     

    This is a full-time role based in our West Palm Beach office. Please note:
