**Adecco** is currently hiring a Temporary Receptionist for a client in Janesville, WI. Pay is $17/hr and dates of employment would be from 10/16-11/21. Hours are 7:30am-4:30pm.
Job Duties:
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, staff, and community members. This role is responsible for greeting guests, answering phones, handling general inquiries, and providing administrative support to the department.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner
+ Answer and route incoming calls to appropriate staff
+ Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, or in person
+ Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
+ Maintain a clean and organized reception area
+ Provide basic clerical support (e.g., filing, copying, data entry)
+ Assist with scheduling meetings or appointments when needed
+ Support staff with additional administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
+ Professional appearance and demeanor
+ Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per hour
