Position Summary

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily production operations in their assigned area to achieve **Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD)** targets. This role leads a team, ensures safety compliance, fosters continuous improvement, and acts as a frontline problem solver, promoting best practices, coaching personnel, and maintaining alignment with FORVIA’s operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Performance Management

Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

**Pay Details:** $70,000.00 per year
