    **Schedule:** Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

    Job Summary:

    Olsten Staffing is seeking an organized and detail-oriented **Estate Clerk** to provide administrative and clerical support within the County Probate Office. This role assists in the management and processing of estates, probate filings, and related legal documentation, ensuring accurate and timely handling of all estate matters.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Prepare, review, and file estate and probate documents, including wills, petitions, and court forms.

    + Maintain accurate and organized estate case files and court records.

    + Assist with processing estate accounts, financial statements, and property records.

    + Respond to inquiries from the public, attorneys, and beneficiaries regarding probate procedures and case status.

    + Track deadlines for filings, court appearances, and other estate-related activities.

    + Support probate judges, clerks, and administrators with document preparation and administrative tasks.

    + Ensure compliance with county, state, and legal regulations regarding probate and estate management.

    + Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    Qualifications:

    + High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.

    + Prior experience in administrative, legal, or government office settings preferred.

    + Knowledge of probate procedures, estate law, or court filing processes preferred.

    + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and case management systems.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    + Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and professionally.
