**Job Title:** Yard Driver
**Location:** McKinney, TX
**Assignment Type:** Temporary
**Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Position Overview:
Adecco is seeking an experienced **Yard Driver** to support operations at our McKinney, TX facility. The Yard Driver will be responsible for safely moving trailers and materials within the yard using a **2007 Ottawa Kumar Diesel Yard Truck** . The ideal candidate is safety-minded, reliable, and experienced in operating yard trucks in an industrial or warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Operate a 2007 Ottawa Kumar Diesel yard truck to move trailers and materials safely around the facility
+ Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition
+ Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to stage and position trailers for loading/unloading
+ Maintain yard organization and follow site safety procedures at all times
+ Assist with general warehouse tasks or material handling as needed
+ Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly to management
+ Sign in through security at entrance upon arrival each day
Required Qualifications:
+ Previous experience operating a **2007 Ottawa Kumar Diesel yard truck** (required)
+ Strong attention to safety and adherence to company policies
+ Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
+ Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience in warehouse or industrial yard environments
+ Basic mechanical understanding for minor equipment checks
Work Environment:
+ Onsite, industrial environment
+ Must comply with safety and PPE standards as directed
+ Security check-in required at facility entrance
**Pay Details:** $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
