    We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Engineering Technician to support the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of advanced multimedia and broadcast systems. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation in AV and broadcast technologies, who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex integration challenges.

    Job Duties:

    + Assist engineers in the design and implementation of AV and broadcast systems.

    + Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and calibration of equipment.

    + Support installation and configuration of control systems, signal routing, and networked media.

    + Maintain documentation including schematics, wiring diagrams, and system layouts.

    + Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

    + Conduct fieldwork including site surveys, equipment setup, and post-installation support.

    + Stay current with emerging technologies in AV, broadcast, and IT integration.

     

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Associate degree or technical certification in electronics, engineering technology, or related field.

    + 2+ years of experience in AV, broadcast, A&D, Electrical or systems integration.

    + Familiarity with signal flow, control systems (e.g., Crestron, AMX), and IP-based media.

    + Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

    + Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

    + Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $37.00/hr.
