    Responsibilities

    + Design electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, and controls.

    + Perform calculations for equipment sizing, feeders, and branch circuits.

    + Generate equipment schedules and ensure compliance with relevant codes.

    + Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

    + Support proposal development and participate in client meetings.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.

    + 4–5 years of experience in electrical design for building systems.

    + 1–3 years as a Project Designer in Electrical Engineering for building power and lighting systems.

    + Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with 4–5 years of experience.

    + Working knowledge of NEC, CA Title 24, and building codes.

    + Experience in commercial, educational, multifamily, or data center projects.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 6+ years of experience in electrical design is preferred.

    + EIT (Engineer-in-Training) license preferred for designers.

    + PE (Professional Engineer) license preferred for project managers.

    + LEED AP or other sustainability certifications.

    + Experience with tools such as Arc Flash, EasyPower, SKM Power, Dynamo, and Bluebeam.

    + Exposure to HCAI/OSHPD projects and complex electrical systems.

    + Interest or background in AI is highly valued.

    + Experience in proposal writing and client interaction.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
