    Job Title: Aircraft Technician $32-$50/hour

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Technician to perform maintenance on a variety of corporate aircraft, including Global Express, Gulfstream, Challenger, Citation, Phenom 300, and King Air. The role requires multitasking and taking directions in a fast-paced environment, as well as adhering to FAA-approved technical data and certified repair station guidelines. Responsibilities include meticulous paperwork management for aircraft release and maintaining an organized maintenance shop.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform maintenance on corporate aircraft such as Global Express, Gulfstream, Challenger, Citation, and Phenom 300.

    + Adhere to FAA-approved technical data and certified repair station guidelines.

    + Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications.

    + Complete time-sensitive aircraft repairs.

    + Ensure meticulous documentation and paperwork submission for aircraft release.

    + Maintain shop cleanliness and organization.

    + Effectively communicate changes in aircraft status to supervisors and site representatives.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with aircraft maintenance on models like Challenger 350, 650, Global 5000/6000, Phenom 300, Cessna Citation, Gulfstream 450/550.

    + Troubleshooting with a multimeter and calibrated testing equipment.

    + Experience with Microsoft Office and Apple products.

    + A&P license or Airframe & Powerplant mechanic certification.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Positive attitude towards productivity, safety, and quality maintenance.

    + Ability to navigate within a Service Hub or A.O.G. environment.

    + Confidence to manage phone and communications in the absence of a supervisor.

    Work Environment

     

    The position is based in a large MRO facility with large teams. Work schedules include Monday to Thursday, 6 am to 4:30 pm or 3:30 pm to 1:30 am, and weekends Friday to Sunday, 6 am to 6 pm. Technicians will need to bring their own tools.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Statesville, North Carolina.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $50.00/hr.
