    **Job Title:** General Laborer Foreman

    **Location:** Cape Canaveral

    **Division:** Rough Carpentry & Self-Perform

    Overview:

    Seeking an experienced **General Laborer Foreman** to join our team supporting rough carpenters and self-perform operations, full-time, on-site role offering consistent hours and the opportunity to contribute to a high-profile commercial healthcare project.

    Schedule:

    + Monday to Friday

    + 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

    + Guaranteed 40 hours/week

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead and coordinate general labor activities on-site

    + Perform minor rough carpentry tasks, including temporary window protection setup

    + Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized work environment

    + Collaborate with site supervisors and trades to meet project timelines

    Required Experience:

    + Minimum 6+ years in commercial construction

    + At least 2+ years in a foreman role on new commercial projects

    + Healthcare construction experience is a plus

    Skills & Qualifications:

    + Strong experience in general labor and rough carpentry

    + Proficient in framing, drywall, concrete, finish carpentry, and trim work

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints

    + Experience leading crews of 3 or more

    + Must have own PPE and hand/power tools

    + Scissor lift and fall protection certifications are a plus

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
