    **Pay:** $25–$28/hour

    **Employment Type:** Contract-to-Hire (Initial 3-month term with strong potential for extension or permanent placement based on performance)

    Join our team on high-impact infrastructure projects in Colorado Springs—a transfer station featuring three 22-foot vertical concrete walls and substantial footers. We’re looking for a skilled **Concrete Carpenter** who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and safety.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Construct vertical concrete walls and pour footers according to specifications

    + Interpret blueprints and construction documents accurately

    + Install and tie rebar for reinforced concrete structures

    + Cut, shape, and assemble forms using hand and power tools

    + Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and project quality requirements

    + Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines

    + Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free worksite

    Qualifications

    + Minimum 1 year of experience in vertical concrete formwork

    + Familiarity with Symons or similar forming systems preferred

    + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications

    + Strong understanding of OSHA safety protocols and general construction practices

    + Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment

    + Physically capable of lifting, climbing, and working in varying weather conditions

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
