Concrete Laborer – $25/hr | Contract-to-Hire | Stillwater, MN

Overview:

**A well-established concrete contractor is hiring 2 General Laborers** to support concrete and masonry projects across the Stillwater area. This is a **contract-to-hire** opportunity offering consistent year-round work, competitive pay, and growth potential.

Schedule:

+ Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

+ Worksites within a 1-hour radius of Stillwater

+ PPE provided

Key Responsibilities:

+ Assist with concrete preparation, pouring, and finishing

+ Use hand and power tools to smooth and finish surfaces (floors, sidewalks, curbs)

+ Align forms, patch voids, and cut expansion joints

+ Support masonry tasks: laying bricks, stones, and blocks

+ Mix and apply mortar and grout

+ Perform basic concrete testing in field and plant

+ Maintain clean and organized work areas

+ Manage materials and stock inventory

Qualifications:

+ Experience in concrete, masonry, construction, landscaping, or general labor preferred (not required)

+ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods

+ Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

+ Proficient with hand and power tools

+ Able to read basic blueprints and follow instructions

+ Must have **reliable transportation**

+ **Willingness to perform a variety of concrete and masonry tasks**

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
