    We’re looking for a **hands-on, bilingual Drywall Foreman** who’s ready to grow into a leadership role. If you’ve got strong **structural and cold form framing experience** , know how to run crews of **15+ people** , and can navigate project management tools (or are willing to learn), we want to talk to you.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    + Supporting a lead foreman while you ramp up and take on more jobs

    + Managing crews, subcontractors, and job site coordination

    + Reading and responding to emails, schedules, ASIs, RFIs

    + Tracking extras, work orders, and production

    + Using **Procore** and **Bluebeam** (training available if needed)

    + Promoting safety, accountability, and leadership development

    What We’re Looking For:

    + **Bilingual (English/Spanish)** – must be fluent

    + Strong experience in **structural framing and cold form metal framing**

    + Comfortable leading teams of 15+ workers

    + Tech-savvy enough to work with PDFs and project management systems

    + Able to write and respond to emails professionally

    + Experience reading schedules, ASIs, RFIs, and tracking work order

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $40.00/hr.
