    Job Title: Multi-craft Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking skilled Multi-craft Maintenance Technicians for a dynamic manufacturing facility located in Gordonsville, TN. The role involves performing both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on a variety of industrial machinery.

    Responsibilities

    + Must have 2+ years industrial maintenance experience

    + Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on industrial machinery.

    + Conduct maintenance and repair on machines such as extrusion presses, hydraulic systems, gearboxes, bearings, furnaces, gas systems, ovens, anodizing equipment, painting, and press machines.

    + Read and understand blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate maintenance and repair.

    + Engage in preventive maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently.

    + Utilize skills in welding, mechanical and electrical maintenance, and PLC troubleshooting.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience with mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance.

    + Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.

    + Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial maintenance.

    + Ability to perform electrical troubleshooting and repair, including working with 3-phase electrical systems.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with PLC troubleshooting is preferred.

    + Strong understanding of motors and electrical systems.

    Work Environment

     

    The position operates on a 3 on, 3 off schedule with shifts available for both day (6:00am - 6:30pm) and night (6:30pm - 6:30am). The work involves exposure to a heavy industrial environment, requiring adherence to safety protocols.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carthage, Tennessee.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
