    _SKILLED CONSTRUCTION HELPER_

    **Location:** Ridgeville, SC

    **Pay:** $20/hr + 10–25 hours of overtime weekly (weekly pay)

    **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start time (50+ hours/week)

    **Employment Type:** Full-Time, Long-Term Opportunity

    We’re hiring **5 Skilled Helpers / Technicians** to support a major construction project in Ridgeville/Summerville, SC area. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with the largest general contractor in the country, on a high-profile, cutting-edge build.

     

    You’ll be part of a self-performing team handling a wide range of tasks across a massive 250-acre site. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and ready to grow in the construction industry, we want to hear from you.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    + General labor and site support

    + Setting up barriers, tents, and site infrastructure

    + Material transport and jobsite cleanup

    + Pressure washing and restroom maintenance

    + Assisting leads and taking direction

    What We’re Looking For

    + **Positive attitude** and strong work ethic

    + Ability to follow instructions and work in a team

    + Experience in **construction or outdoor environments** (landscaping, farming, etc. are acceptable)

    + Comfortable working **outdoors in all weather conditions**

    + **Familiarity with hand and power tools** , tape measures, and basic carpentry - proficiency is not required

    Skills That Will Set You Apart

    + General labor and construction experience

    + Carpentry, framing, jackhammer use

    + Cleanup and site maintenance

    + Ability to read a tape measure and use tools safely

    Requirements

    + Must present professionally and respectfully

    + Must pass drug screen

    + Maintain a professional attitude and consistent punctuality.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
