Seeking Experienced Catheter Builders to Join Our Team in Fridley

1st and 2nd Shift Available

$22-27hr Depending on Experience

Job Description

The Level 4 Operator will meticulously read work instructions, review drawings, and build catheter assemblies, including sub-assemblies and full catheter builds, within a clean room environment. This role requires the use of a microscope, small hand tools, and documentation of the process, along with visual inspection and final packaging of the catheters.

Responsibilities

+ Read and follow work instructions and production drawings.

+ Build catheter assemblies and sub-assemblies within a clean room.

+ Work under a microscope for detailed assembly tasks.

+ Use small hand tools for assembly work.

+ Document work accurately in travelers, QMS systems, or ERP systems.

+ Conduct visual inspections and final packaging of catheters.

Work Environment

The company boasts a clean, state-of-the-art facility with a welcoming break room. It has grown significantly in recent years and hosts numerous events and cultural lunches to foster community. The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 5 am to 3:30 pm on the first shift, including a 30-minute paid break, a 30-minute unpaid lunch, and a 15-minute paid break.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
