    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for our AM shift to ensure the smooth operation of our production machinery and equipment. This role is vital in maintaining operational efficiency and safety.

    Responsibilities

    + Perform and document routine lubrication of production machinery and equipment.

    + Repair or replace defective mechanical parts.

    + Replace faulty electrical parts such as relays, switches, motors, and sensors.

    + Observe mechanical devices in operation to locate causes of trouble.

    + Dismantle devices to gain access to and remove defective parts.

    + Replace and rewire electrical motors and control systems up to 480 VAC.

    + Start equipment to test their performance.

    + Set up and operate drill press, grinder, and other metalworking tools to make and repair parts.

    + Test and repair support equipment such as grinders, thermal control units, and hand tools.

    + Assist with the installation of new machinery and equipment.

    + Apply basic hydraulic knowledge.

    + Perform MIG welding.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $88000.00/yr.
