    Job Title: CNC Machinist

    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate CNC Haas mills, handle machine loading and unloading, and perform inspections using micrometers and calipers. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can read blueprints and set up machines efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate CNC Haas mills effectively.

    + Load and unload machines with precision.

    + Conduct inspections using micrometers and calipers.

    + Read and interpret blueprints accurately.

    + Perform machine setup and programming tasks.

    Essential Skills

    + Minimum of 2 years experience in CNC operation.

    + At least 2 years experience with setup procedures.

    + 2+ years of blueprint reading experience.

    + Proficient in using micrometers and calipers.

    + 2+ years of experience in programming and CNC setup on vertical mills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with Haas machines is preferred.

    + Familiarity with programming and machine setups.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a dynamic machine and fabrication job shop with departments including Brake Press, Laser, Welding, and CNC Machinist. The dress code includes steel-toed shoes, jeans, and a plain t-shirt. Shifts available include 1st shift from 5:00 am to 3:30 pm and 2nd shift from 3:30 pm to 2:00 am.

    This is a Permanent position based out of Racine, Wisconsin.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $66560.00/yr.
