    _Graveyard Shift: 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m._

     

    We are looking for a dependable and motivated Test Operator to support our Board testing process. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, detail-oriented, has to be a team player, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Operator will be responsible for operating test equipment and have exposure to basic computer systems, documenting results, and assisting with board-level testing and cleaning tasks.

    _Key Responsibilities:_

    • Operate test equipment and Windows-based computer systems to perform board-level testing.

    • Follow detailed instructions, standard operating procedures, and checklists consistently.

    • Perform basic cleaning, inspection, and preparation of electronic boards before testing.

    • Document test results, anomalies, and production data clearly and accurately.

    • Collaborate with team members and escalate issues when needed.

    • Maintain cleanliness and order in the testing area.

    • Use time efficiently and remain focused during repetitive or structured tasks.

    • Lift and move components or equipment up to 20 pounds safely.

    The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $39.00/hr.
