Concrete Worker – $22–$26/hour + Daily Per Diem & Lodging Provided

Position Overview

We’re hiring motivated and reliable Construction Technicians to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role supporting commercial construction projects throughout Colorado. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contributing to structural builds, repairs, and site preparation. Whether you're local or ready to travel, we offer competitive pay, daily per diem, and company-covered lodging for qualifying projects.

What You’ll Do

+ Perform structural and concrete repair work on commercial job sites

+ Transport and organize materials to maintain a safe and efficient work area

+ Support carpenters, framers, and other trades with tasks including:

+ Formwork setup

+ Concrete pouring and finishing

+ Rebar installation

+ Assist with demolition and operate tools such as jackhammers and other equipment

Travel & Compensation Details

+ Hourly pay: $22–$26 based on experience

+ Daily per diem:

+ $45/day for non-resort towns

+ $50/day for resort towns

+ Lodging provided by the company for projects located 70+ miles from our shop

+ Travel assignments typically last up to three weeks, with opportunities to work in scenic locations across Colorado

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
