    Description A company in Yardley PA is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a 2-3 month engagement. This position is 100% on site in Yardley, and will begin immediately. The hours for this position are 8:30am-5pm Monday through Friday.

     

    In this role you will process and manage payments to vendors and employees with MUNIS.

     

    • Process up to 50 invoices a day

    • Complete Check Runs

    • Manage payment requests via email and sharepoint

    • Manage credit card program

    • Balance trust funds monthly

    • Modify PDF files as needed

    • Communicate with employees at various locations to rectify any issues

    • Proficiency in handling accounts payable tasks, including coding invoices and account coding.

    • Familiarity with Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and check runs.

    • Experience working with Tyler Technologies Munis or similar financial systems.

    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent communication skills for working with employees across various locations.

    • Knowledge of credit card program management and trust fund balancing is a plus.
