Description

We are working with a well-established, top-tier law firm in the TC Metro area to find a 2+ year Civil Litigation Attorney. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging cases, collaborate with experienced attorneys, and broaden your experience. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys interested in transitioning into a different area of civil litigation practice.

Overview:

+ Conduct comprehensive legal research, analysis, and drafting of motions, briefs, and other legal documents pertaining to civil litigation matters.

+ Assist in all phases of litigation, from case inception to resolution, including discovery, trial preparation, and appellate proceedings.

+ Engage in strategic case analysis and develop innovative legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for assigned clients.

+ Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized legal counsel.

+ Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and settlement negotiations with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ 2-4+ years of experience as a practicing attorney focused on civil litigation matters

+ Experience with court appearances, depositions, and basic litigation tasks

+ Strong research and writing abilities with attention to detail

+ Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

+ Ability to manage a caseload independently and collaborate effectively with others

+ Interest in expanding knowledge and experience in different areas of civil litigation
