Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to join our team in Greeley, Colorado. This role is ideal for someone who excels in financial management and operational oversight. You will play a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and efficient workflow across accounting and administrative functions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing.

• Conduct month-end and year-end closings, ensuring accurate financial reconciliation and reporting.

• Maintain and update the general ledger while ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to support strategic decision-making.

• Utilize QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online to manage financial records and transactions.

• Administer human resources functions, including benefits management and employee documentation.

• Ensure proper document control, including scanning, compiling, and organizing financial and administrative records.

• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Monitor and enforce compliance with financial policies and regulations.

• Provide leadership and mentorship to accounting and administrative staff. Requirements • Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial management role.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and QuickBooks Online.

• Strong understanding of payroll processes, including bi-monthly payroll administration.

• Expertise in month-end closings, financial reconciliation, and reporting.

• Solid knowledge of general ledger accounting and related practices.

• Familiarity with accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes.

• Experience in human resources administration, including employee documentation and benefits.

• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
