Job Summary
Highly skilled TIG/ MIG welder/Fabricator. This role will help continue SuperATV’s growth and impact in the off-roading industry.
Primary Duties
+ Minimum of one year of TIG welding experience for both steel and aluminum.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine welding specifications
+ Must be able to tack, distribute heat evenly with a clean bead.
+ Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components.
+ Required to pass a pre-employment weld test.
+ Operate press brake, CNC plasma, and tube bender.
+ Conduct quality inspections to ensure welds meet industry standards.
+ Produce metal fabricated parts to print specifications using allotted standard times and processes.
+ Knowledge of tube bending software and tube welding techniques is preferred.
+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications
+ Driven, detail oriented, and have proven knowledge of operating fabrication equipment.
+ Must be able to multitask, prioritize, manage time efficiently, problem solve and be a self-starter.
+ Blueprint reading skills are required.
+ Tube bending, and fitting skills are needed.
+ The ability to run various fabrication machine equipment is a plus.
+ Must be able to lift up to 70lbs.
Education / Experience
+ Two years fabricating, and manufacturing experience preferred.
