A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Manufacturing & Process Engineer,
you’ll split your time between the office and the factory floor, collaborating
with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements across both
administrative and manufacturing processes for our Voltage Regulator production
lines. Your day will involve analyzing workflows, conducting time studies, and
driving lean initiatives to boost efficiency and productivity in all areas of
the operation. You’ll lead projects, solve problems, and support the
integration of new technologies—all while ensuring a safe, high-performing, and
continuously improving work environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
+ LeadLean initiatives to optimize both manufacturing and administrativeprocesses, reducing waste and driving continuous improvement.
+ Redesignfactory layouts to improve workflow, safety, and scalability.
+ Implementautomation solutions and new technologies to enhance productivity andquality in production and support functions.
+ Conducttime studies and process analyses to identify bottlenecks and recommendactionable improvements.
+ Collaboratewith engineering, quality, operations, and administrative teams tointegrate new processes and technologies.
+ Supporttraining initiatives to promote a culture of operational excellence andcontinuous improvement throughout the organization.
What You Bring
+ Bachelor’sdegree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineeringor related fields.
+ Minimum3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; candidates with moreexperience may be eligible for a more senior level role.
+ Strongknowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and process optimization.
+ Hands-onexperience with automation technologies and time study methodologies.
+ Effectivecommunication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical, organizationaland multitasking skills.
