Job Description:

MPE OM&S is a cutting-edge program supporting DoD intelligence information sharing on current and emerging global threats to mission and coalition partners and emerging nations. With an internationally dispersed team supporting each combatant command, the MPE OM&S team is in direct support of the war fighter and their missions. We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team.
As the Regional Manager for the INDOPACOM area, you will be responsible for forming strategic partnerships. developing long-term strategies and identifying growth opportunities. You will also ensure company objectives are met while overseeing operations and driving performance at multiple geographic locations.
Responsibilities:
+ Main interaction and point of contact with the regional customers
+ Ensures customers’ requirements and drivers are understood
+ Able to effectively communicate technical topics to non-technical audiences
+ Ensures customer satisfaction is high and a constructive relationship between the organization and the area command is established and maintained
+ Responsible for ensuring the customer priorities for new or changed products and services is in alignment with desired business outcomes
+ Responsible for scouting and qualifying new business opportunities
+ Develops winning strategies and captures plans, and participates in proposal development
+ Fields customer complaints and escalations are handled well through a sympathetic (yet formal) process
+ Ensures value creation for the customer and that the work is in line with the organization’s strategy and priorities
+ Provides technical, administrative, and operational oversight
+ Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, and reports.
+ Conducts planning and provides recommendations
+ Coordinates development of deliverables and products.
+ Ensures quality assurance of deliverables.
+ Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
+ Participates in special projects as required.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
+ 15+ years of related program management experience
+ 5+ years of Foreign Military Sales experience
+ Bachelor Degree
+ Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
+ Masters degree in business or related discipline
+ Professional certification (PMP)
+ Significant experience in financial analysis of large projects.
+ Significant experience leading cross functional and multi- cultural teams.
+ Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Experience in government acquisition process and proposal development
+ Demonstrable administrative and organizational skills and have strong interpersonal skills
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
+ Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience with Microsoft Project and SharePoint.

The likely salary range for this position is $133,450 - $180,550. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
