    Position Highlights:

    + Pay: $17.00–$19.00/hour (weekly pay)

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM or 9:30 AM–5:30 PM

    + Location: Outpatient clinic in Baltimore

    + Start Date: October 20

    + Duration: 6-month contract with potential for extension

    Responsibilities:

    + Greet and check in/out patients with professionalism and warmth

    + Verify insurance and schedule appointments using EPIC EMR

    + Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries

    + Coordinate with providers to ensure timely patient care

    + Maintain accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume setting

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or GED required

    + Minimum 1 year of experience in medical front desk, patient registration, or healthcare customer service

    + Strong computer and administrative skills

    + EPIC experience is a plus

    + Must demonstrate excellent customer service and phone etiquette

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
