Pay Rate: 17/hr

Work Schedule: Days Time : Mon -Fri

Training is 4-6 weeks onsite

Once successfully completed training schedules will vary anywhere from 9am-530pm to 1130am-8pm

Work location Type: Remote once training is completed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and/or outbound phone calls to/from patients caregivers and providers.

- Provide appropriate customer service and an effortless experience to the caller.

- Provide accurate information to the caller.

- Process refills and schedule shipments for patients or providers.

- Resolve the callers needs.

- Provide appropriate follow-up and next steps for the caller.

- Follow Cover My Meds policies and procedures.

- Ability to work a flexible work schedule. 8am-430pm to 1130am-8pm

Job Requirements/Previous Experience:

- Previous call center experience preferred.

- Previous healthcare experience desired

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Proficient with Microsoft Office

- Able to type 35 wpm or greater.

- Pharmacy Board Technician Registration required either before or on the first day of employment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
