The Assistant Attorney General will maintain an active caseload, including assuming responsibility for drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing dispositive motions, and trying cases in the superior and federal courts. _Position Type_: Full-Time/Exempt. /Our current hybrid model includes some remote workdays for most positions.
