    + Greet residents and guests with warmth and professionalism

    + Assist with doors, directions, and occasional luggage

    + Maintain a clean and organized valet area

    • What We’re Looking For:

    + Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

    + Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + A calm, courteous demeanor—even under pressure

    + Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods

    Qualifications

    + At least 18 years of age

    + 2+ years of driving experience

    + Valid drivers license

    + Acceptable driving record

    + Good customer service skills

    + Friendly and outgoing

    + Ability to work in a fast paced environment

    + Adhere to all regulatory, company and departmental policies and procedures

    + Must project professionalism

    + Professional appearance; neatly groomed (no visible tattoos)

    + Must be able to jog, walk and stand for long periods of time (8-9 hours)

    + Must be able to respond calmly and professionally when handling conflicts

    + Must be able to work independently and in a team environment

    + Demonstrated stable, punctual work history
