Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
+ 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
+ Experience in managing teams.
Preferred qualifications:
+ MBA degree.
+ 4 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.
+ 4 years of experience in people management.
+ 2 years of experience creating data sets, data modeling, and reporting.
About the job
In this role, you will be responsible for evolving and delivering Google's Partner Engagement programs for our most strategic and critical global top partners. Working closely together with Google’s Strategic Alliances Executives and Program, you will be responsible for the flawless design, coordination and execution of Global Partnership's (GP’s) summit strategy and executive engagement, covering major internal and external events to ensure our executive leaders are prepared to achieve significant business outcomes in their partner interactions.
This is a highly visible role that requires a leader who excels at translating strategy into execution. You will work closely with executive leaders across Google, including the President of Global Partnerships and the VP of Partnerships Solutions, to operationalize their engagement strategy and ensure its successful delivery. You will also guide partner engagement programs at global scale, and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver impactful partner interactions.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
+ Drive the communications and briefing process for Google’s executive leadership (e.g., CEO/C-Suite team) ahead of critical partner meetings.
+ Develop and implement processes and enablement frameworks to evolve, design and deliver executive summits, including AI Innovation Labs.
+ Serve as a key cross-functional leader, proactively identifying and resolving roadblocks to our AI go-to-market strategy and partner engagements.
+ Manage a portfolio of high-priority projects aimed at strengthening our strategic partner engagement model and accelerating our AI go-to-market efforts.
+ Guide, develop, and inspire a team of Strategy and Operations professionals located across multiple Google offices.
