Mastercard Account Team supports a range of solutions and services to drive Services. As part of the Account Team team the candidate will be accountable for supporting Security Solutions partnerships, New Payment Flows, managing growth pipelines, and partnering with stakeholders to ensure technical readiness to meet business needs.

The successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders Globally particularly with our Security Solutions, New Payment Flows, Mastercard’s account management teams and other product sales teams to cultivate outstanding relationships and possess the ability to work cross-functionally across a matrixed organization.

Role:

In this high-profile, customer-facing position you will:

• Support client engagements which includes program management, strategic planning, commercialization plans, P&L forecasting and client relationship building.

• Strategically grows client business through identifying pain points and providing additional solutions.

• Collaborate on operations including cross-functional team members. Be a contact and point of escalation for business issues.

• Support prioritizing product enhancements in partnership with Account Team peers and our customer.

• Monitors, manages and reports on program KPIs.

• Supports QBRs and executive alignment meetings as needed

• Juggling multiple deliverables - you have exceptional project management, prioritization, and organizational skills and have experience supporting complex, multi-faceted workstreams.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.

Purchase, New York: $75,000 - $120,000 USD

New York City, New York: $78,000 - $125,000 USD

O'Fallon, Missouri: $65,000 - $104,000 USD
