Required Education/Experience
+ Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of eight years relevant work experience in Construction, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or a related field or
+ Master's Degree and a minimum of six years relevant work experience in Construction, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or a related field.
Relevant Work Experience
+ A minimum of three years of supervisory/managerial experience in Construction, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration or a related field, Required Required
+ The ability to drive change and lead strategic initiatives, Required. Required
+ Seeks to acquire knowledge in area of specialty, Required. Required
+ Ability to plan and organize workloads as well as excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, Required. Required
+ Ability to handle multiple assignments with changing priorities while meeting deadlines, Required. Required
+ Ability to establish medium and long-term plans and priorities, Required. Required
+ Working knowledge and experience in the following areas: Contract Administration, Construction Operations, Contractor Payments, Change Management, System Integration, Work Management Systems, Preferred. Preferred
+ Strong working knowledge of Oracle, Maximo and other data analytic software, Preferred. Preferred
+ Experience or knowledge of Construction Work Exchange (CworX), Preferred. Preferred

Physical Demands
+ Ability to respond to system emergencies
+ Able to work in all weather conditions, i.e. excessive heat and/or cold
+ Ability to travel to company locations to work on storm restoration and heat contingencies
+ Use personal vehicle(s), and be able to transport, store, and secure company laptops and other job-related equipment in vehicle. Acknowledge that reimbursement for use of personal vehicle is available through the company mileage procedure
Additional Physical Demands
+ The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
