Position Summary:

We are seeking a Commercial Loan Operations Specialist to join a leading U.S.-based commercial banking institution operating across multiple states. This role focuses on supporting commercial loan onboarding and booking for both new loans and renewals. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Fiserv Navigator and Abrigo, along with a strong background in loan documentation and operations.

_This is a remote position working 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST. _

Essential Duties:

•        Book and onboard new and renewed commercial loans within Fiserv Navigator and Abrigo systems.

•        Review loan documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness before system input.

•        Perform quality control checks to confirm data integrity and compliance with internal policies.

•        Coordinate with lending, credit, and compliance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely funding.

•        Maintain and update loan records in accordance with regulatory and audit requirements.

•        Support daily operational processes, reporting, and reconciliation activities related to the commercial loan portfolio.

•        Assist with remote setup and access configuration (laptop or remote desktop) as needed to begin assignments promptly.

Qualifications:

•        5+ years of experience in Commercial Loan Operations, which includes Loan Boarding/Onboarding.

•        Fiserv Navigator and Abrigo system experience required.

•        Strong knowledge of commercial loan structures, renewals, and modifications.

Skills and Job-Specific Competencies:

•        Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.

•        Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.

•        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).

**Travel Requirements:** No travel will be required, unless at the client's discretion.

**Salary Range:** SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. The compensation for this specific role is based on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to education, licensure and certifications, location, experience, and training. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $40 – 45.
