**Job Title:** Skilled Construction Yard Worker (Job Site Remodeling)

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Skilled Construction Yard Worker to play a vital role in our yard operations. This position is crucial in ensuring that our yard is organized and well-prepared for remodeling tasks, helping to support our ongoing projects and enhance the overall efficiency of our workflow. Required Skills:

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction or yard worker role, particularly in remodeling.

+ Strong understanding of remodeling tools, equipment, and processes.

+ Ability to safely operate forklifts and other heavy machinery related to job site remodeling.

+ Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in construction and remodeling settings.

+ Excellent physical stamina and the ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials.

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have Skills:

+ Experience with modular or prefabricated remodeling practices.

+ Basic knowledge of inventory management systems for materials.

+ Skills in minor repairs and maintenance of remodeling equipment.

+ Forklift certification or other relevant training.

Preferred Education and Experience:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ Previous experience working in construction yard settings with a focus on remodeling.

Other Requirements:

+ Must be willing to work on-site and adhere to all safety regulations.

+ Reliable transportation to the job site.

Ultimate Carpenter responsibilities

+ Painting, framing, Trim work, Drywall hanging, misc. Carpentry tasks

+ Demolition including removal of walls, floors, etc.

+ Light Electrical and plumbing responsibilities

+ General knowledge of construction practices

+ Willingness to work hard

+ Able to take directives from others

+ Able to work within a team environment.

+ Willingness to clean the jobsite when necessary

Ultimate Carpenter requirements

+ 1+ years of Construction or Carpentry experience

+ 18+ years of age

+ Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance

+ Math, problem solving, and construction skills
