Job Description Summary
The Principal- Regional PC Fulfillment Leader is responsible for leading the strategy, operations, and execution of PC fulfillment across the Americas region (USCAN, Central and LATAM) ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional user experience.
The ideal candidate will bring significant expertise in IT supply chain, vendor management, and global operations, with a strong focus on scalability, lean processes, automation, and continuous improvement.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
+ Regional Strategy & Execution
+ Develop and execute a regional PC fulfillment strategy aligned with business needs, IT standards, and sustainability goals.
+ Collaborate with a PC fulfillment team comprised of colleagues, OEM and other vendor partners to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across geographies.

+ Manage strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, and third-party logistics providers.
+ Review and provide to input contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
+ Operational Excellence
+ Implement automation and self-service capabilities to streamline fulfillment and reduce cycle time.
+ Provide input on standardization of PC configurations, imaging processes, and deployment models
+ Lifecycle Management
+ Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and environmental regulations.
+ Financial & Performance Management
+ Provide inputs to PC fulfillment budget and forecast planning.
+ Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency.
+ Stakeholder Engagement
+ Collaborate with IT leadership, regional business leadership, and HR to align fulfillment with workforce needs.
+ Serve as a key escalation point for fulfillment-related issues and drive resolution.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's Degree in Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or related
+ 10+ years of experience in IT operations, supply chain, or end-user computing,
+ Lean, Six Sigma or similar process improvement experience.
Desired Characteristics
+ MBA or Master’s preferred.
+ Proven success in managing large-scale IT programs across multiple regions.
+ Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
+ Experience with ITSM, ITAM, and modern endpoint management tools (e.g., Intune, SCCM).
+ Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
+ Ability to thrive in a matrixed, and global environment.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $148,000.00-$222,000.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
