    Job Description

    - 13 incoming specialty programs

    • Going outside of what epic foundation delivers

    • Building custom builds

    • Need to think outside the box and bring workflows together

    - Quality Side

    • Going to bring on 2 new ACO in 2026, setting up ACO metric measures and dashboard

    • Roster claims adjustment to prep this before January to make sure claims are called out effectively

     

    Projects dipping into compass rose clinical build

    - How to build- traditional, CCM, Chronic Care Management, or specialty program

    - Compass Rose Build- have the body of knowledge to build clinical programs, flow sheets, ports, set up tasks, checklist, anything related to compass rose. Setting up appropriate rules so it triggers the proper workflow

    Skills and Requirements

    Compass Rose Cert and Clin Doc

    3 + years of compass rose build experience-specialty care management , Chronic Care Management HEIDS experience

     

    Spreadsheets- pivots, analyzing the data, reconciling

     

    HIE Connectivity -experience connecting to state vaccination or health information exchange- having to set up those type of connections
