    Job Description

    Insight Global is looking to add an E-commerce Front-End Developer to their clients team sitting hybrid on-site in Saint Louis, MO. This person will be joining the Direct to Consumer organization, as a member of the team that oversees eCommerce website development. This Developer will be responsible for the design and style of business functionality in mutli-tier web solutions, while improving code quality and infrastructure. This team utilizes HTML/CSS/JavaScript (Angular JS). This Developer needs to be strong on the front-end and enjoy working heavily on the front-end. This person will be responsible for building scalable, unit testable solutions for this clients website applications. This team touches all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including the planning, design, implementation, deployment, operations, and on-going support of the applications. Providing assessments and recommendations on the design of eCommerce systems, while integrating components built by developers, and ensuring architectural integrity of the system, will be part of this persons day. This team interacts heavily with business partners (i.e. Product Owners, Scrum Masters etc.) so someone who is able to collaborate and interact with the business-side of this team is necessary.

    Skills and Requirements

    Ecommerce experience

    5+ years of experience as a Front-End Developer

     

    Experience developing on the front-end with HTML/CSS/JavaScript

     

    Experience styling and designing

    Agile experience

    Great communication skills Experience with React, Next.JS or other headless frameworks

     

    Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud

     

    Experience with Azure (cloud-based software architecture/systems)

     

    Degrees/certifications in relevant fields
