Insight Global is looking for a Remote Senior Commercial escrow officer to work at an industry leading title company. We are seeking a professional who can provide escrow services specifically tailored to commercial transactions, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance throughout the process. This role requires someone who excels at facilitating real estate closings by delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining proactive, clear communication with both internal teams and external clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding stakeholders through each step of the closing process, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering a seamless transaction experience built on trust and responsiveness.

Skills and Requirements
-Has 5+ years of professional experience as a Commercial Escrow Officer
-Responsible for establishing new commercial escrow accounts and processing escrow documents in accordance with established policies and procedures
-Acts as a neutral third-party between buyers and sellers during a real estate sale, managing funds and processing real estate transactions
-Recommends improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve efficiency
-Understands how teams coordinate efforts and resources to achieve organizational objectives
-Provides subject matter guidance to team; may allocate work
-Impacts results of own team and effectiveness of related teams
-Gathers and analyzes data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent
-Exercises judgement based on previous experiences, practices and precedents
-Evaluates and communicates complex information in a clear, concise manner
-Exchanges ideas and information effectively
-Works autonomously within established procedures and practices
-Acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others but is not a direct supervisor
-Performs all other duties as assigned by management
