Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Trade Support Business Analyst in Midtown Manhattan. This individual will sit on the trading floor, providing direct support to front-office Equity and Bond traders. The role requires strong technical acumen, polished communication, and the ability to thrive in a high-intensity trading environment.
The successful candidate will:
Provide hands-on support for Equity and Equity Listed Options trading execution platforms (Fidessa, EMSX, Dash, FlexTrade).
Troubleshoot and support FIX connectivity and gateways.
Manage and support booking systems for Equities and Options (listed and OTC).
Ensure the accuracy and accessibility of referential data using tools like RIMES, assisting traders in creating and pricing instruments.
Handle incident and request tracking through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with traders.
Partner with business and technology teams to maintain a stable, reliable trading environment.
Contribute to light project and documentation work (approx. 10%), including process improvements tracked in Confluence.
This position is 90% production support, 10% project work and is best suited for someone who enjoys the intensity of front-office environments, builds strong relationships with traders, and takes pride in keeping mission-critical systems running smoothly.

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of direct trade floor support experience with proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and interface confidently with demanding front-office traders.
Strong professionalism and communication skills to build credibility with senior trading staff.
Experience supporting Equity and Equity Listed Options trading execution platforms (preferably Fidessa, EMSX, Dash; FlexTrade or similar platforms also considered).
Hands-on experience supporting FIX messages/gateways.
Experience with booking systems for Equities, Equity Listed Options, and OTC Options.
1+ years of experience with a strong understanding of securities, bonds, and referential data in a financial context.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (incident/request management).
Experience working at or with a competitor to RIMES (e.g., Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Markit). Knowledge of Foreign Exchange (FX).
Exposure to additional asset classes beyond Equities and Bonds.
