CIRCOR is seeking an experienced Assembler to join our team. In this role, you'll assemble, fit, and test precision pumps and rotating equipment used on navy ships and submarines. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work with tight tolerances on mission-critical equipment.

What You'll Do:

+ Assemble and align pumps and other rotating equipment using blueprints and precision tools

+ Work with components such as bearings, housings, brackets, shafts, gears, and impellers

+ Perform disassembly, cleaning, machining, and reassembly of pumps and rotating elements

+ Build and fit piping assemblies, sub-parts, and impeller/bearing assemblies

+ Verify clearances, timing, gear mesh, and overall product performance

+ Operate shop equipment including radial drills, grinders, and hand/air tools

+ Maintain safety, quality, and cleanliness standards in all work

What We're Looking For:

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and gages

+ Familiarity with micrometers, verniers, and indicators

+ Strong mechanical aptitude with assembly or machining experience

+ Basic computer skills (including email)

+ Experience with hand tools, drills, grinders, presses, and rigging (preferred)

+ Hydraulic experience (a plus)
