About the Role:

The Shift Leader in the fast-paced hospitality and food service environment plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations during their assigned shifts. Minimum Qualifications:

+ Previous experience in fast food or a similar food service environment.

+ Knowledge of food safety regulations and safety procedures.

+ Ability to stand for prolonged periods during shifts.

+ Basic skills in inventory management and record keeping.

+ Strong customer service and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the hospitality or food service industry.

+ Certification in food safety or related health and safety training.
