What You Will Do :

A project manager’s role is to take on the responsibility for one or more projects and is responsible for planning, monitoring, and reporting the project performance with the use of various project management methodologies. One of the main project manager roles and responsibilities is to act as a bridge between the company and the customers and those who are actually responsible for the installation and commissioning of the project. The project manager needs to make sure that the project runs smoothly and stays on schedule and within the budget.

Essential Functions:

Plan and develop the project workflow. Read and understand the project contract. Establish milestones and deadlines and monitor the progress of the project. Identify and resolve issues that arise. Awareness of project financial goals. Ensure Satisfaction with Stakeholders. Performance evaluation of the project. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Work well under pressure and tight deadlines. Effective communication and follow-up skills.

+ Must be able to work independently and exercise good judgment.

+ The ability to interact with all levels of management.

+ Strong presentation skills in person and remotely.

+ Must be able to read understand electrical and mechanical prints.

+ Must be fluent in English - both spoken and written. Must be able to travel - as required.

+ Will handle miscellaneous duties as assigned.

+ Computer Skills: AutoCAD, 3D CAD, Spreadsheets, Microsoft Project or equivalent.

Non-Essential Functions:

+ Foreign language skills desired.

+ Must make us aware of any surgical implants, pins, braces, or other devices that could be affected by induction fields.

What You Will Bring:

+ BSEE/ME with 2-3 years engineering or Industrial Project Management experience.
