    Job Overview

     

    Dubuque Physical Therapy is looking for a **full-time Patient Care Coordinator** to join our team in our Peosta office. This position requires a reliable, highly organized professional able to handle all the duties of a physical therapy clinic front desk position. Our front desk staff is responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments for multiple therapists, verifying insurance and coordinating the care for our patients during the duration of their treatment plan. This person will handle all incoming communication for the clinic and serve as the first impression to our patients. This position requires computer proficiency, strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer service focus with high attention to detail.

     

    Previous experience in the health care field, especially insurance knowledge is preferred but not necessary. Post-secondary education required.

     

    No weekends, or holidays and our benefits package features paid time off, health insurance coverage, 401K match and profit sharing.
