    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring skilled **Drywall Finisher/Tapers** for projects located in **Burlington, VT** . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is **up to $45/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Applying paper or fiberglass mesh tape to cover the joints where drywall panels meet

    + Sanding the dried compound and seams to achieve a perfectly flat and smooth finish

    + Finishing joints

    + Filling cracks, screw holes, and other surface flaws with compound

    + Applying Coats of Compound: Spreading and smoothing layers of joint compound to achieve a smooth surface

    + Smoothing surfaces with sanders to ensure a flat, flawless finish
